If you caught a ‘Square Grouper’ off the coast of Florida in the 80′s or 90′s, you and your buddies would be smoking for free for a very, very long time. The drug war and prohibition brings about some hilarious stories, and this video is one of the best. You may also remember this story about a truck load of marijuana bags spilling out onto the street, only to be scooped up by passersby. Not surprisingly, the police found no witnesses at the scene. In the midst of all the SWAT team killing of unarmed drug users in their own homes during no-knock raids, it is good to have a hearty laugh at the government’s expense from time to time.
